Terms of Use

By creating an account or accessing Abundancia Academy ("the Platform"), operated by Abundancia Academy LLC, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. License to use

Your purchase grants a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and view the content for personal, educational purposes. You acquire no ownership of the content.

2. Intellectual property

All content (videos, text, downloadable materials and branding) is owned by Abundancia Academy LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties.

3. Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited: (a) recording, screen-capturing, downloading or copying the content by any means; (b) reproducing, distributing, transmitting, reselling or publishing the content; (c) sharing your credentials or giving third parties access to your account; (d) any commercial use. Each account is for one person only.

4. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Simultaneous access from multiple locations may indicate unauthorized use and result in suspension.

5. Payments & refunds

As immediate-access digital content, purchases are non-refundable once you have accessed the course, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access, without refund, for any breach of these Terms, including any attempt at piracy or redistribution.

7. Infringement

We reserve the right to legally pursue unauthorized reproduction and to issue takedown (DMCA) requests. Report infringement to info@abundanciapr.net.

8. Educational nature

The content is educational and informational and does not constitute individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Your decisions are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Abundancia Academy LLC is not liable for indirect damages or specific outcomes.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the U.S. We may update them; changes take effect upon posting.
